Lets begin with step one and that is finding the time to go to the gym and or do any physical activities that will benefit your health. We are all busy people and we tend to make excuses to not find time to make it to the gym, go for a run, go for a walk, go bike riding, or any physical activity of some sort that will get you up and sweating. All it takes is one hour of your day and believe it or not, that hour is only 4% of your day. Still cant find time? That's okay because it doesn't even have to be an everyday thing! Starting off as little as 3-4 days out of the week or even once a week is a great place to start! So find a piece of paper and write out your daily schedule throughout the week. Find an hour that you have open and use that hour to committee yourself to the gym, for a run, or any sort of physical activity. Once it becomes a routine your body will adapt and you will notice physical changes with in your body in which can be weight loss or muscle gain! You will not only notice physical changes but challenging yourself will also callus your mind and spirit. Maybe this video below will motivate you to start today.
